Little miss

Hello everyone - well over the past couple of weeks Isla has been showing us how she can hold onto toys and put them in her mouth. She thinks she's very clever. She is just about out of the 000 clothes now. I haven't weighed her in a while but I would say she is about 6kg now. Also, she now cracks up laughing and squeals a lot - especially when she is with her daddy (what a surprise, eh?)

Here she is with rabbit - Isla's eyes are telling me "Why did you just pull rabbit out of my mouth, he was perfectly fine there!"

We've also noticed she likes to watch telle with us... Oh Dear!

Road Trippin'

Isla and I (that's her mummy) decided that it was time to visit Isla's Great-grandparents and her Grandfather in Toowoomba last week. We convinced Nickole, Nedd and Dylan to come along as well so we packed up the car with the kids' seats (and the kids) and off we went. Isla slept the whole way there and we only needed one pit stop for Dylan.

We spent the night at Granddad's place in Withcott where all 3 kids were given plenty more cuddles!

Apart from our trip to Toowoomba, we have been well and just loving the new things that Isla seems to be doing. She is very close to mastering the long standing comfort technique of thumb sucking.

Opps..... busted!
